Cairo: In the footsteps of the pharaohs
Day 1: Departure
Scheduled flight to Cairo, at the airportyou will be picked up by our friendly employee,
who will help you with the customs formalities. Transfer to the hotel, mailing in and overnight.
After breakfast your journey into the desert to the Bahariya Oasis begins,
which in recent years especially as the valley of the golden
Mummies became known.
Abundant springs make the oasis a green island in the sea of sand.

Day 4: Farafra Oasis
On the way to the small oasis Farafra you pass the black desert
(named after the black basalt rock) and the "Kristallberg".
On a walk through the White Desert you will see countless
Limestone formations formed bizarrely by wind and sand, which literally consist of

Day 5: El Qasr
After breakfast visit to the original local history museum, then
further through the western desert into what many think is the most beautiful Egyptian

It is the only temple of the Persian era with large dimensions in Egypt. Also visit the Kharga Culture Museum for an overview of the antiquities in the Kharga and Dakhla oases.

Day 8: Luxor
After breakfast, drive to Luxor in the desert.
You will arrive in Luxor in the afternoon.

Day 9: journey home
Our travel companion will take you to Luxor Airport after breakfast,
then domestic flight to Cairo.
